Transcription: "Surveyed on April 21, 1821 for Isaac Ingram asignee of Samuel May, 50 acres of land upon a land office Warrent No.5161, and bounded as followth, beginning at a White Gum and Dogwood, thense N150, 42 poles to a Black Oak. Thense N16, E20 poles to a stake, thence N63, E54 poles to a White Oak and Dogwood, thence _____?, W40 poles to a Sarvice and White Oak, thence S37, W34 poles to a White Oak and Dogwood, thence S17, E80 poles to the beginning.
