Survey for James Lawson in Floyd Co, KY 1821

  

Transcription: Surveyed on the 8th day of July, 1821 for James Lossen Assigner of Samuel May, 50 acres of land by virtue of one Kentucky Land Office Warrant No. 5838. Lying and being in Floyd County as a foresaid on the Rockhouse Fork of Licking River, beginning on two Beeches on upper corner of John Lossins survey. Thence running N50, E66 poles to a Beech standing on the North bank of said creek. East 36 poles to three Sycamores, same corse 44 poles to two Poplars and Beech, North 52 poles, West 130 poles, South 115 poles to the beginning.
